专业地进行日常电话销售,寻求并确定新的生意机会。
Professionally conducts routine telemarketingactivities to identify new business opportunities.
销售餐饮部的其他产品包括粽子,月饼和圣诞票。
Sell other products of Food & Beverageincluding traditional Chinese rice pudding, moon cake and Xmas vouchers.
推销餐饮产品以及促销餐饮推广活动;
Upsell F&B products and F&B promotionalactivities
需要非常了解餐饮部的各个餐厅和酒吧及其特征和服务。
Maintains a detailed knowledge of F&Bfacilities, features and services.
需要了解凯悦美食会的项目及其赠送的礼券,并与美食会保持紧密的合作,共同维护餐饮部的客人以及会员。
Be familiar with Club at the Hyatt program and itscomplimentary vouchers.Keep good cooperation with CATH for guest relationmaintenance.
及时与各个餐厅经理进行沟通;
Coordinate and work closely with all restaurantmanagers.
发展良好的工作关系,维持与客人和同事之间的积极互动。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactionsmaintaining good working relationships.
招待客户, 与餐饮部常客保持良好的关系,然而宴请需得到享悦餐厅经理和餐饮副总监的批准,填写宴请申请单;
Meets and greets VIP guests upon arrival/departure. Entertain potential guests, VIPs, return guests.
ENT need to approve by Xiang Yue Restaurant OutletManager and Asst. Director of F&B.
与厨师和餐厅经理交流意见和客人的建议从而反应当前客人的情况;
