BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:Typically requires an awareness and expertise in many areas of human resources.Typically requires good experience in people development and learning program administration.Understanding about labor relations, benefits, personnel with a working knowledge of operations would be a plus.The position typically requires a HR related college or university degree, or equivalent experience of 5 years of practical human resource assignments.Strong English/Chinese writing skills are required to this position.Strong capability of working with a wide range of people with different background both inside and outside the company is a must.This position also needs strong planning, communicating and organizational skills. 上班地址:-江苏-徐州-徐州市金山桥经济技术开发区驮蓝山路19号
