【职位描述】任何时候都需要跟进处理经理分派下来的任务。Follows up sales task whenever required or assigned by the Managers.通过开发新客户,稳定老客户,以力争达到所确定的销售收入目标。随时关注客户的变化,分析原因并向经理及副经理提出建议与意见。Going through prospecting for new customer and retain the current customer, to maximize the sales revenue budget. Concern on all the change trend of customer, analysis the reason and provide according advice to manager and assistant manager.熟练酒店及会员卡的各项信息,设施及知识能带领客户参观酒店。Good awareness of information, facility and knowledge of hotel, be able to conduct hotel tour with client.推销餐饮产品以及促销餐饮推广活动。Upsell F&B products and F&B promotional activities.与厨师和餐厅经理交流意见和客人的建议从而反应当前客人的情况。Work closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests requests and expectations are being met.禁止强迫售卡,误导客人,提供虚假信息或者任何隐藏限制条款给顾客的行为。Associate is not allowed to force sell, mislead guest, false information or hide restrictive covenants of benefits to the customers.定期向经理汇报市场信息,包括销售状况、客户反馈意见等。Timely report the marketing information to manager, including sales record, the feedback from customer.对有关酒店资讯对客户传达或需要时提供帮助。Assists in the distributions of relevant hotel information to clients when required.确保特殊活动 / 事件被正确地记录,与保存。Ensures the activities / events Log book is being accurately maintained.【任职要求】1、具有酒店工作经验;2、英文良好; 其他要求 语言能力:英语-一般
