职位描述
确保餐厅设备和卫生的有效管理。 Ensure manage the equipment and hygiene efficiently. 认真执行并完成上级布置任务。 Complete the task arranged by the department. 建立并严格遵守所有的运营设备、营业用品及备用品的存量,确保餐厅的顺畅运营。 Establishes and strictly adheres to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items, and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped. 协助每月进行运营设备及营业用品盘点。 Assists in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies. 协助控制运营设备及营业用品的需要、储存并小心操作设备。 Assist to control necessity and stock items and operate the equipment carefully 确保各餐厅设备的清洁。 Ensure each outlet are equipped cleaning equipment. 协助餐务部按照凯悦标准高效、顺利的运营。 Assist stewarding efficient and smooth in operation, ensure adhere to Hyatt standard at all times. 管理厨房、食物和饮料区域的夜间清洁工作 Manage overnight cleaning in the kitchen area food and beverage area. 确保后场区域的清洁,并按所定标准清理垃圾。 Ensure cleaning at back of house area, remove the garbage according to the standard published. 确保部门运营达到部门营运手册的基本标准。 The minimum goals in operation is achieve Department Operations Manual. 在繁忙时段协助运营。 Assist operation when in busy period. 每日上班前,按时参加部门例会,听取上级指示。 Attend department briefing accordingly. 在每日运营方面与厨务部及其他部门密切配合。 Liaise with kitchen and related department in the daily operation. 确保高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。 Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming. 在每日运营方面与厨务部密切配合。 Liaise with kitchen in daily operation. 掌握必要的设备知识。 Knowledgeable in equipment. 向餐务部经理/副理汇报食物和饮料的偏差。 Report to stewarding manager/ Assistant manager in food and beverage. 完全理解并严格执行部门营运手册。 Fully understand and strict in Department Operations Manual. 所有工作都要按照工作计划和部门培训工序表。 All the work process according to the work plan and training task list. 完全理解餐饮部宝典20条。 Fully understand F&B Top 20. 完全理解并支持凯悦餐饮部愿景和使命。 Fully understand and support Hyatt F&B vision and mission.
