1. Responsible for the efficient and professional running of the Executive Lounge, including relationships with other departments.

2. Work shifts are covered with adequate staffing; ensure correct staffing during peak periods and during high occupancy.
合理安排各班次人手,确保在繁忙的时段和住房率较高时有足够人手。
3. Keep update and necessary information of Hotel and city to answer or provide services to inquiry guests.
及时更新酒店、城市信息,以方便服务客人之需。
4. Ensure that all Marriott Rewards guests, VIP guest and repeat guests are identified; recognized, pre-blocked and special treatment is brought to the room.
熟悉,认知所有的万豪礼赏会员、贵宾客人和回头客人,确保他们的个性化需求得到跟进和办理.
5. Have PMS and MARSHA skills.
熟知酒店管理系统和万豪订房系统的操作。
6. Ensure that Food and Beverage supplies and guest amenities are requisitioned on a daily basis.
根据每日住房情况,确保客用品、食品酒水充足。
7. Ensure all guests are enrolled in our Marriott Rewards Programme upon check in.
确保每一位客人都有机会参加万豪礼赏计划。
8. Establish goals and objectives to improve the department.
设立部门的目标和任务,并不断改进,以提高部门的服务。
