职位描述
1. Maintain and control Rooms, Food and Beverage linen and uniform inventory.

2. Initiate and conduct stock taking according to approved procedures. Coordinate and take charge of Rooms and Food and Beverage linen stock taking quarterly.
每季度负责对客房和餐饮的布草进行一次盘点。
3. Ensure adequate and cost effective provision of uniform and related items
确保制服及相关物品有足够的数量用于周转,同时注意控制成本。
4. Ensure Linen / Uniform staff follow procedures regarding acceptance / inspection of linen and uniforms coming from the laundry.
对洗衣房送来的干净布草制服,应让制服间员工仔细检查后接收。
5. Keep sufficient supply of uniform buttons, white and gloves, needles and threads, and extra bow ties.
在仓库中储备足够的备品,诸如钮扣、手套等以备临时急需之用。
6. Ensure all deliveries of new linen and uniform and supplies undergo quality control according to approved procedures.
