1. Responsible for maintaining the storeroom inventory of housekeeping department guest and cleaning supplies to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

2. Prepare requisition of guest and cleaning supplies whenever necessary.
当需要时准备客人所需要的物品和清洁物品
3. Coordinate with the housekeeping secretary in the ordering of replacement for guest and cleaning supplies in the storeroom. Ensure that the department does not run out of stock, which will affect the services to the guest.
与客房部文员协作确认所有客人用品和清洁用品在储藏室全部到位,确保部门有足够备品从而不会影响到为客服务。
4. Keep the storerooms clean, and in order.

5. Prepare monthly inventory of all items in the storerooms.

6. Coordinate and assist the Accounts department in their quarterly inventory of operational equipment.

7. Update bin cards in both storerooms daily and ensure that they are correct.
