1. Supervise the operation of the department including telephone handling, reservations input, error log processing and inventory balancing.

2. Ensure that all associates in Reservations are proactive in upselling and work towards maximization of revenue and guest satisfaction.

3. Interact with Sales/Event Management Department for group block and rooming list processing.

4. Prepare monthly commission payment for review of Reservations Sales Manager.

5. Review the weekly group status report and update Reservations Sales Manager of any changes.
