1. Welcome and greet guests, maintain a clean, friendly and pleasant image in front of guests at all times, and ensure that their clothes, hairstyles, light makeup and other aspects meet the requirements of the regulations.
迎接问候宾客,在宾客面前随时保持整洁友好愉快的形象,确保自己的服饰、发型整洁、淡妆等方面全部符合规定的要求。
2. Familiar with the booking information, understand the customer, especially remember the name of the VIP and regulars.
熟悉预订资料,了解客情,尤其要记住即将来店的贵宾、常客的姓名。
3. Master the information inside and outside, and provide courteous and considerate service to guests.
熟练掌握店内外信息,向宾客提供礼貌周全的服务。
4. Get to know the relevant activities of the hotel, and introduce the activities of the recreation department to guests in detail.
了解酒店的相关活动,可向宾客详细介绍酒店康乐部的活动。
5. Timely respond to guest\'s request, dissatisfaction and needs and report to foreman or department manager.
对于宾客的要求、不满和需要及时做出回应及时向领班或部门经理汇报。
