JD职务概述 The purpose of this position is to develop and manage supply chain initiatives for related commodities, The incumbent will be responsible for both strategic and tactical aspects of supply chain procurement including sourcing, supplier negotiations, strategic procurement, quality and delivery improvements, VA/VE, project management. 开发并管理好相应物料的供应链，负责供应链战略采购和战术采购，包括供应资源确认，供应商谈判，质量和交付改进，价值工程/分析等 Responsibility 职责 1.Develop and implement Global sourcing strategies, ensuring alternative source for core material. 开发并实行供应商资源战略，确保关键物料有可替代的供货资源 2.Contract-wise signing off and implementation, surcharge building. 各类合同（采购合同/仓储合同/其它）的签订及执行，价格调整机制的建立 3.Drawing release, RFQ, BPM maintenance, P.O management for new product 新产品的图纸下发，询价，BPM系统维护，订单管理等。 4.Material cost reduction by negotiation & DMO 通过谈判/物料优化等，实现直接物料成本降低 5.Capacity analysis and Supply chain optimization 产能分析及供应链优化 6.Supplier delivery & quality improvements 供应商交付和质量改进 7.Initiate and implement Supplier Development Plan 发起并实施供应商开发计划 8.Implement assigned job & task from direct manager. 完成直接领导分配的工作任务 Ability 能力 Demonstrates integrity and proactive诚实正直，积极主动 Continuous improvement持续改进 Makes sound decisions 决策能力 Drive for Business Results 推动业绩结果 Committed to customer承诺于用户 Requirement 技能 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred. 机械专业本科及以上 2-3 years’ experience in mechanical industry, 2 years in supply chain & procurement prefer. 2-3年的机械 械行业工作经历, 具备2年供应商及采购工作经验优先; Good oral and written English skill, CET 4 mandatory 良好的英语沟通能力，英语4级或以上 Communication with internal and external personnel. 良好的内外部沟通能力 Good Office software skill 良好的计算机办公软件运用能力 Major could be not mandatory if English level excellent (CET 6 or above) based on actually job assignment 基于实际工作安排，如果英语水平在6级及以上，专业要求可以放宽
