遇到客人的投诉或问题,如果不能马上找到解决办法,则要汇报给副理/洗衣房经理。
Reports complaints or problems to Assistant Manager/ Laundry Manager if no immediate solution can be found.
在洗涤/干洗前,向洗衣房经理报告重要的问题、衣物数量的不一致、破损或污渍。
Reports to Laundry Manager of any major problems, discrepancies in count, defects, or stains in garments prior to laundry/ dry cleaning.
遵守酒店关于洗衣房和客房部的政策和程序
Complies with the Hotel’s Policies & Procedures relating to Laundry and Housekeeping.
遵守房务部的系统和程序。
Complies with all systems and procedures as laid down by Rooms Division.
在日常工作中,确保布草和制服达到凯悦的品牌标准。
Performs routine duties in ensuring all hotel linen and uniforms meet Hyatt brand standards.
确保按照酒店设定的标准和程序储存和洗涤酒店的布草/制服。
Ensures the storage and washing of house linen/ uniforms are being done according to the standards and procedure set by the Hotel.
在发送给使用部门/布草房前,检查洗涤的物品,以确保其干净及可用性。
Examines laundered items to ensure cleanliness and serviceability before sending to the user department/ linen room.
在洗衣运作中,督导并协助负责及参与清洗客人和酒店衣物的员工。
Supervises and coordinates the activities of personnel responsible for and engaged in the processing of guest and house laundry items.
经理/副理不在岗时,主持每日班前会,向员工沟通当天的住房率、抵离店的客人情况、会议/活动及需要特别关注的事项。
In absence of Assistant Manager and Laundry Manager, conduct daily pre-shift briefings to employees on room occupancy, arrivals and departures, function/ event of the day and special attention that is needed.
在日常运作中,与客房部及其它部门配合。
Liaises with Housekeeping and other related departments on daily operations.
