职位描述
1. To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times. 保证正确着装和佩戴名牌上岗。 2. To provide a courteous and professional service at all times. 随时提供礼貌和专业的服务。 3. maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all other departments. 与本部门及其它部门的同事保持良好的工作关系。 4. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel\'s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety. 对饭店的规章制度、防火、卫生、健康及安全政策彻底的了解。 5. Thorough Supervisor/Housekeeper training and review process. 对楼层主管及员工开展培训。 6. Comprehensive Work Order Program to ensure that work order are written, catalogued and follow up. 开展工程维修计划确保工单填写准确,登记分类并跟进。 7. Work closely with and gain a working knowledge of front office, accounting and necessaty aspects of food and beverage and engineering departments. 同前厅部,财务部,餐饮部及工程部等部门密切合作。 8. Consistantly inspect assigned areas and turn in inspection reports. 保持对所管辖区域的每日检查并做好检查报告。 9. Ensure all reports are prepared completely and promptly. 确保所有报告按时准确完成。 10. Ensure that proper key controls are in effect. 确保钥匙得到有效控制。 11. Ensure that lost and found items are stored properly and that the correct log are maintained. 确保遗留物品得到妥善保存和记录。 12. Maintain division goals in relation to accident prevention , safety and fire prevention and associate awareness. 关注意外事故预防,安全防火预防及员工认知的培训,确保达到部门目标。
